In　Sept．1995，　Khartoum　and　Wuhan　became　sister　cities．In　September　of　the　same　year，　President　of　Sudan　and　his　party　totaled　48　persons　visited　Wuhan．In　Dec．1998，　Governor　of　Khartoum　State　and　Ambassador　of　Sudan　in　China　visited　Wuhan．Both　cities　held　negotiation　on　all-round　development　of　friendship　between　both　cities　and　economical　and　trade　cooperation．In　1998，　seven　heart　surgeons　of　Xiehe　Hospital　visited　Khartoum　and　made　28　cases　of　successful　operations　within　three　months，　which　was　praised　by　Sudan　People．Wuhan　Xinda　Company　has　sound　cooperative　relationship　with　the　enterprises　of　Khartoums．
