Konjac hot-and-dry noodles to go into mass production | 魔芋热干面有望量产上市

  On Nov. 7, a signing ceremony was held for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements by the School of Food Science and Technology at Wuhan Business University. Highlighting this ceremony was the inking of the agreements for the research findings of low-fat konjac hot-and-dry noodles and five other foods.
  7日上午,2021年武汉商学院食品科技学院科技成果转化签约仪式在武汉举行,低脂魔芋热干面制作关键技术及应用等6项科研成果转化签约。

  The calories in the konjac noodles are much lower than in traditional ones. This helps regulate blood sugar and lower cholesterol, giving lower blood pressure, making them quite healthy.
  “魔芋热干面”的热量要比传统热干面低得多,有利于降血糖、降血脂、降压,因而更为健康。
