Reliable sources from Hubei City (County) Garbage Harmless Disposal Promotion Conference yesterday reported that 38 garbage disposal fields had been completed in Hubei Province and the harmless disposal rate achieved 43.11%, 16% higher than 2008.
According to the target of the “11th five-year plan”, by the end of 2010 Hubei domestic garbage harmless disposal rate will be 60%. |
