Reliable sources from Exchange of Wuhan Optics Valley yesterday reported that the first national carbon trade center was planned to be established in Wuhan and it will become the carbon financial center in China in future 10 years. At present, the preparatory work was launched by Hubei Development and Reform Committee, Financial Department, Environmental Protection Department and Forestry Department.
