Yang Song, the deputy secretary of Hubei Provincial Committee of the CPC and secretary of Wuhan Municipal Committee said at the double-month conference held by Wuhan Municipal Committee of the CPC recently that the blueprint of Wuhan New Harbor was unveiled recently. According to the plan, the harbor crossed 3 cities in Hubei Province including Wuhan, E’ Zhou and Huanggang, with a throughput of over 0.16 billion tons. In order to improve the construction of the harbor, a leading group will also be formed. Yang Song was chosen as the head of the group.
