I　have　lived　here　for　four　years　and　a　half　and　perceived　a　great　change　in　Wuhan.　There　are　quite　a　few　new　department　stores　and　hotels　opened，　and　many　luxurious　buildings　have　been　completed.

　Wuhan　has　made　great　elfort　on　the　construction　of　the　city　infrastructure.

    Except　for　the　discernfort　that　a　westerner　suffered　from　when　he　came　into　an　entirely　new　country，　life　in　Wuhan　is　combined　with　happiness　and　pity.　It's　a　favorable　feeling　to　go　out　for　a　walk　whenever　and　wherever　in　Wuhan　since　there　is　no　security　problems　to　worry　about.　We　are　pleased　to　find　that　whenever　we　do　shopping，　even　very　late，　the　attitude　of　majority　store　assistants　is　warm　and　friendly.

　To　be　an　automobile　city，　Wuhan　must　be　stricter　with　traffic　rules，　and　the　government　officials　should　set　a　good　example.　Additionally，　a　new　policy　should　be　made　to　construct　more　parking　lots　and　the　afterested　areas　should　be　expanded.　As　for　traffic　artery，we　should　strengthen　the　management，and　keep　groceries　away　from　the　main　road　by　drawing　a　designated　area　on　sidewalk.
